FRAME: ASTM A 500 Grade B structural carbon steel tubing 2" x 3" 7 guage welded solid frame. Adjustments are every 5 degrees from 180 degrees to 90 degress (no pull or pop pins). Bench locks in to rack for secure workout. Quick, easy foot lever adjustment with lock out for proper back pad alignment. Adjustable seat alows user exact positioning. 2 built in wheels and 1" thick solid steel handle for easy movement. Benches have rubber feet.

UPHOLSTERY: Premier heavy-duty 40oz. comercial grade marine naugahyde, Federal Specification AA-2950A (Supercedes CCCA680a), Federal Aviation Admin. FAR 25.853 (b) & appendix F part 1 (a) (i) (ii) (v), Boston Fire Code (BFD IX_1), Port Authority of NY & NJ. Bacteria resistant padding is 3" closed cell high density foam reinforced with 3/4" thick plywood back support.

FINISH: State for the art 3 stage process that includes a preparatory pellet blasting (sandblasting) machine system that purifies the steel. The steel is then sent through a preheat stage before the final magnetic powder is applied then baked on for a long lasting finish.
