Frame Uprights: Constructedof 3" x 4" high stress 3/16" ASTM A-500 grade B 7 gauge structural steel tubing. The double notched uprights have a laser engraved numbering system on each upright for exact bar location. Main frame has extended upper and lower band attachments so user is in the correct position to ensure safe and proper technique.
Bar Catches: Double pin weight bar supportis made of stainless steel with built-in handle. Double pin adjustment system for maximum support and safety. Lock out system for safety.
Safety Spotter Arms: 22" long made of 2" x 3" steel tubing with a protective covering. Double pin adjustment system for maximum support and quick, easy adjustment and safety.
Weight Storage: Storage Uprights are symmetrically angled out for safe and easy entry to the spotter position (2 people may spot at the same time). 6 rust resistant weight storage holders on each upright-2 chainand collar storage holders on each upright also. 1 bar storage on each side.
Bumper Plate Storage: Open top built-in bumper plate storage at base of weight storage uprights for quick, easy removal and replacement.
Multi Grip Chin Station: Each side has 6 different positions allowing the user every possible chin up angle. Constructed of 1" solid steel grip with urethane covering. Urethane grades are a minimal grading of HR-125 density pcf of 2.60 plus/ minus 0.10 and above in high-compression areas. HR-150 with a density pcf of 4.60 plus/ minus 0.30.
Oak Platform: 2 - 6' x 8' with oak insert and ramp. Solid oak center is 1" thick tounge and groove and is bonded to 1" thick hardened wood for a reinforced 2" thick solid oak platforn. The frame is constructed of ASTM A 500 Grade B structural carbon steel tubing 2" x 2" 11 guage, heavy-duty solid natural rubber surface made of 3/4" thick non-slip recycled rubber product. Lock & Dock Bench: Lock & Dock system for correct bench alignment with 1 bench.
Assembly: All frame components are bolted in place with case hardened 1/2" bolts and non-loosening nylon lock out fasteners.
Finish: Custom Color Powder Coat Paint: 3-stage pre-paint preparatory process that includes a state of the art pellet blasting (sand blasting) machine system that purifies the steel. The steel is then sent through a preheat stage before the final magnetic paint powder is applied and baked on for a long lasting hardened finish. |
