P5 Health, Fitness and Wellness for Youth - Middle School (grades 6-8)
P5 Health, Fitness and Wellness for Youth increases the wellness knowledge and improves the skills and abilities learned in E5 Health, Fitness and Wellness. The five P5 principles play an important role in the healthy development of the pre-adolescent' s mind, body and spirit. By applying the lessons learned in P5 Health, Fitness and Wellness for Youth, the young person will benefit by looking good, feeling great and performing well.
